The house is five floors, of medieval origin, and was completely renovated in 2007. There are three separate, self-contained apartments which are located on different floors. These can be rented individually or as two together or all three together. Discounts are available for multiple rentals.

1. THE PENTHOUSE

An elegant two bedroom apartment with large private sun terrace

The Penthouse comprises the top two floors of the house, sleeps up to 7, and consists of:

Upper floor

  • Kitchen with designer units, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, storage cupboards, wooden dining table and chairs
  • Living area with two sofas (one converts to a double bed) and wooden sleeping platform with single bed, shelf unit, floor standing reading lamp
  • Wide wood and glass doors fold back to lead onto a very large tiled sun terrace overlooking the town, river, valley and out to sea.
  • The terrace has sun shades, loungers, table and chairs for eating al fresco. Penthouse guests have exclusive use of this deluxe space
  • Air conditioning / heating unit and floor standing fan

Lower floor

  • Master bedroom with king size double bed, matching chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, clothes rack, air conditioning / heating unit and floor standing fan
  • Twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and lamp, drawer unit, clothes rack and fan
  • Shower room with sink, toilet and bidet

Our guests tell us that they love relaxing and sunbathing on the sun terrace. Eating outside in the warmth of the evening with a glass of wine watching the colours of the sky deepen and the stars come out is an experience never to be forgotten. The terrace overlooks the town, the cathedral and has fantastic views of the surrounding hills and valley and out to sea. The Penthouse is perfect for couples seeking a romantic holiday, and also for families or friends seeking a peaceful yet fun time in a stunning location.

2. ORANGE TREE VIEW

A spacious hideaway with its own balcony

Orange Tree View is on one floor, sleeps up to 4 and consists of:

  • Large living/dining room with two armchairs, double sofabed, table with four chairs, drawer unit, clothes rack, cupboard and lamps
  • French windows in the living room open onto a balcony overlooking a tiny street and courtyard garden with orange trees
  • Kitchenette with 4 burner gas hob and sink set in marble countertop, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and window
  • Bedroom with two single beds, one stored under the other, drawer unit and lamp
  • Shower room with sink, toilet and bidet
  • Mobile air conditioning unit and floor standing fan

Our guests tell us that Orange Tree View is great for couples, perhaps with children, or for up to four people who are happy to share their living space. They report that the balcony is a pleasing feature and that it is good to have the convenience of the kitchen. The sofabed is new (2010), sturdy and has a king sized mattress.

3. LA BELLINA

La Bellina is a studio apartment and sleeps 2 comfortably. It consists of:

  • Living/dining room with original vaulted ceiling
  • Double glazed window opening onto small quiet street
  • Kitchenette with 4 burner gas hob and sink set in marble countertop, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle
  • Double bed
  • Armchair
  • Table and three chairs
  • Shower room with sink, toilet and bidet
  • Mobile air conditioning unit and floor standing fan

GENERAL INFORMATION

For all apartments we provide bedding and upon request we can provide beach and bath towels, beach umbrellas and Welcome Packs. Each apartment is equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, CD player/radio with USB port for playing MP3s, electric kettle and toaster.

There is a refundable security deposit of UK £150 to cover breakages or damage which is returned promptly once we have checked the apartment and the keys have been returned. Upon making a provisional booking, a rental contract with terms and conditions will be sent to you.

Final cleaning and use of services is included in the rental cost.

Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
