Accommodation, Prices and Availability

The house is five floors, of medieval origin, and was completely renovated in 2006/7. The historic centre of Bosa is located on a hillside and so the house has two entrances, on two different streets. There are three separate, self-contained apartments which are located on different floors.

1. THE PENTHOUSE
A two bedroom luxury apartment with large sun terrace

Coming in the top entrance to the house, a few steps up leads to The Penthouse. It comprises the top two floors of the house, sleeps up to 7, and consists of :

Upper floor

• designer kitchen / living room with fold out sofa (sleeps 2) and additional single bed on wooden platform
• glass double doors lead onto a very large tiled terrace. Penthouse guests have exclusive use of this deluxe space.
• air conditioning / heating

Lower floor

• large bedroom with double bed and air conditioning / heating
• smaller bedroom with twin beds
• shower room with sink, toilet and bidet

We find that our guests spend a lot of their time relaxing or sunbathing on the terrace. There are chairs and a table so it is possible to eat outside, under the sunshades. The terrace overlooks the town, the cathedral and has fantastic views of the surrounding hills and the Mediterranean. It is perfect for a romantic holiday, and also suitable for families or friends seeking a relaxing and peaceful time in a fantastic location.

2. ORANGE TREE VIEW
A spacious and romantic hideaway

Down a few steps from the top entrance, this apartment is all on one floor, sleeps up to 4 and consists of:

• large living / dining room with air conditioning / heating
• kitchen area, with 4 burner gas hob set in marble countertop, in large alcove with window coming off main room
• French windows open onto a balcony overlooking a tiny street and courtyard garden with orange trees
• fold out sofa (sleeps 2) in main room
• smaller bedroom with twin beds
• shower room with sink, toilet and bidet

3. LA BELLINA
Contemporary style with traditional features

The accommodation is all on one floor and sleeps 2 comfortably. It consists of:

• large living / dining room with original vaulted ceiling
• double glazed window opening onto small quiet street
• kitchen area, with 4 burner gas hob set in marble countertop, in large alcove with window coming off main room
• fold out sofa (sleeps 2) in main room
• small storage room
• shower room with sink, toilet and bidet
• air conditioning and heating

GENERAL INFORMATION

For all apartments we provide bedding but not towels. Each apartment is equipped with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, CD player/radio with USB port for playing MP3s, electric kettle and toaster. The Penthouse has a full gas oven with grill, and Orange Tree View and La Bellina have microwave ovens with grills.

There is a refundable security deposit of £150 to cover breakages or damage. Upon making a provisional booking, a rental contract with terms and conditions will be sent to you.
